 2012 REGISTRATION
LAKESHORE ROCKET FOOTBALL, ROCKET CHEERLEADING,
& FLAG FOOTBALL
Wednesday, May 16 and Thursday, May 24
6 - 8 PM at the LYBSA Hitting Facility
ROCKET Football (8-12 yrs.): Players must be at least 8 years old and no older than 12 years old on October 31, 2012. 12 year olds must be in the 6th grade or lower to be eligible. All 10 year olds must be weighed at registration before they can be placed on a team. $95 fee per player. Click Here for Rocket Registration form
FLAG Football (6-7 yrs.): Players must be at least 6 years old and no older than 7 years old on October 31, 2012. $65 fee per player. Click here for flag registration form.
Rocket Cheerleading (8-12 yrs.): Participants must be 8 years old
and no older than 6th grade on September 1, 2012. $75 fee per participant. Click here for cheerleading registration form
Events begin mid-August, with regular season games beginning September 15, 2012. All participant fees include a mandatory $10.00 charge required by Lincoln Township Parks. Non-residents will be required to pay an additional $5.00, out-of-township fee. Any participant registering after June 8, 2012 will be subject to a $25.00 late registration fee (if spots available).
IMPORTANT NOTE: If you are new to the program, please bring a COPY of the participant’s birth certificate to registration for Lakeshore Rocket Football to keep on file. If you are a returning participant, we should have your information on file.
You can also pre-print registration forms from the documents page and bring them to registration with you.
